Due to the unique and valuable nature of the work, all sales are final.

Shipping for Paintings/Original Artworks

Due to the varying sizes of the paintings and delivery locations, shipping costs will be customized for each order. After your purchase, you will receive an email with the delivery cost and a link to make the payment. If you’d like a shipping estimate before making a purchase, please send us an email. For local pickup, please make a note at checkout.

Original art ships within 5 days after payment is received. All shipments are insured.

If damage occurs, we will handle the insurance claim process. However, your cooperation may be needed for documentation and evidence. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged artwork and packaging for us to assess the situation. Please send karyndenten.art@gmail.com an email with photos of your damaged goods attached.

Prints/Reproductions

Each print is printed just for you in the size of your choice. That means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations after the order is placed. Each print has a 1” white border so you can choose how to trim and frame the piece yourself.
